Filters were hidden and difficult to find, making searches slow and frustrating
Pre-made search templates had confusing UX, and users didn’t understand their purpose
Search result cards were missing critical entity information, causing repeated back-and-forth clicks
Users complained about the absence of a list view and were limited to a single layout
The overall dashboard UI looked outdated and uncompetitive compared to market leaders

Fully revamped the search experience with clearer feature access and improved UX writing
Added both List View and Grid View options for flexible result browsing
Redesigned result cards to highlight critical entity information clearly
Applied information architecture principles for better content hierarchy and flow
Redesigned the entire dashboard UI to match — and compete with — modern industry standards
